Dynamic Symmetry Examples for Photographers (new page)
This page contains additional examples for the photographer that wants to continue their studies after reading The Art of Composition: A Dynamic Symmetry User's Guide for the Modern Artist.
The photographs below demonstrate how master photographers compose using the armature of the 1.5 rectangle and overlapped root 4 Dynamic Symmetry rectangles. These images should only be viewed as a reference for the student that wants to learn the art of composition. Additionally, I've made a note to point out specific aspects of design that photographers should be aware of to create more effective images regardless of subject or content. These include using individual elements of the armature of the rectangle, figure-ground relationship, etc.
